GUIDELINES
1. The subject of the papers should be related to the conference theme proposed by the organizers.
2. Instructions for Authors. The paper will be written in Microsoft WORD. Page Format: Paper size A4, margins left, right, top and bottom – 20 mm, justified, default font TNR 12 pt, line spacing single. Paper Title: on 73 mm, upper case, TNR 14 pt, bold, align center. Authors: Second line under title, TNR 12 pt, bold. Next to the family name the character * should be used (as a footnote) and has to include information regarding the status of the author, name of institution or workplace (for each author separately, if it is the case), also the coordinator’s mane. Abstract: include a 200 word abstract, second line under authors, TNR, 12 pt, italics. Footnote: at the bottom of the page, TNR, 8 pt. Bibliography: The references, ordered alphabetically, should be at the end of the paper.
3. The presentation of papers: Each participant can present only one paper (author). Research papers should be original, unpublished elsewhere and no longer than 10 pages in length. The official languages of the presentation of the papers are English and French. Additional materials can be used, such as charts or video projectors. Each participant will have a copy of the paper at the conference, for the jury. The time for each presentation is 10 minutes. The extension of the time, over 10 minutes, can be allowed if the jury decides so. The members of the jury can address questions to the authors during the oral presentation and also after it.
4. Evaluation: The papers and the oral presentation will be evaluated by the jury. The members of the jury will be selected according to the conference’s rules. The best papers will be awarded. The jury reserves the right to give special awards.
5. If deadlines are respected, the paper will be published in the proceedings of the conference (CD with ISSN).
6. A participant can submit and present as main author only one paper (max. 10 pages).
